Resurrected Corpse Flower

Resurrected Corpse Flower is an eau de parfum from D.S. & Durga released in 2026, as a limited edition in the Studio Juice series. David Seth Moltz conceived it after smelling a corpse flower in full bloom in Brooklyn: a green floral in which olive, grapefruit and balm of Gilead open onto Madonna lily and tuberose, over a base of bog cedar.

Where to buy

Resurrected Corpse Flower arrives in October 2026 from D.S. & Durga, a Brooklyn house founded in 2008 by David Seth Moltz and Kavi Moltz. It belongs to Studio Juice, the house’s series of limited editions, and is sold as a 50 ml eau de parfum.

A corpse flower in Brooklyn

In January 2025, the blooming of a corpse flower, a rare plant known for its smell of rot, drew crowds to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. David Seth Moltz rushed there to smell it at the height of its stench, an odor he found repulsive.

He came away with a question: what would this odor become if it died and were reborn beautiful? The perfume answers with a series of contrasts between dark and luminous materials, which the house sums up in a phrase: half swamp, half flower.
