Pasha Noir Absolu, a men’s parfum launched by Cartier in 2023, takes the Pasha line, born in 1992, into darkness. Mathilde Laurent, the house perfumer, wraps the line’s historic fougère in a cloud of charcoal and spicy burnt sugars; Cartier sums up its signature as an accord of burnt wood and caramelized sugar, in an ultra-black, refillable bottle.
An ultra-black bottle with gadroons and a blue cabochon in tribute to the Pasha watch; 50 and 100 ml, with a 200 ml refill.
Pasha Noir Absolu comes in an ultra-black bottle that takes up the line’s emblematic gadroons. They lengthen the silhouette and set off the blue cabochon, Cartier’s tribute to its watchmaking icon, the Pasha watch.
Cartier redesigned the bottle as part of its eco-responsible commitments: the glass weight drops by 19% and plastic use by 65%, and recycled glass makes up 12% of it. The house intends to extend refills to all its signature perfumes.
The bottle is refilled with a 200 ml refill, compatible only with the new Pasha bottles. A limited edition dressed it in a dense black shot through with silver flashes that redraw the gadroon motif, in a black box striped with fine vertical lines.
