The Most Wanted Eau de Toilette Intense declines Azzaro's The Most Wanted line into an eau de toilette, a line held until now by the eau de parfum intense and the parfum. The juice takes the opposite tack from the other two: only three raw materials — bergamot, lavender, moss — and the most classic fougère structure there is.
Three lines, and that is all
Bergamot in the top notes, lavender in the heart, a moss liqueur accord in the base. No layering, no mass effect. This is the short format Azzaro applies across the entire Wanted line, and it does not vary from one concentration to another.
The textbook fougère accord
Bergamot, lavender, moss: this is the triad that has defined the fougère since the genre's origin. The juice does not work around it and does not comment on it, it executes it. From this comes its immediate legibility, and also its lack of surprise.
What the regulatory list states
It names coumarin, the historic marker of the fougère, as well as linalool and geraniol, which ordinarily accompany lavender. Limonene and citral reinforce the citrus top. It can, however, neither confirm nor rule out the moss, which no substance subject to mandatory declaration reveals.
What remains outside
Elemi in the top notes and vetiver in the base circulate in connection with this juice without the house mentioning them. They are not worn here. The discrepancy concerns two raw materials, not the structure, which itself does not change.
