Baram (바람) is a unisex extrait de parfum by The Eighth Room, a Korean house launched in May 2026. It imagines the king in simple attire, mingling with the people of the market. Omija, wet grass and mud open onto magnolia, moss and clary sage, with a base of red musk, bamboo and vetiver.

Top notes

The opening brings together omija, a Korean berry known as the “five-flavor berry,” wet grass and mud. These damp, earthy notes contrast with the palace world of the house's other perfumes and give Baram its street character.

Heart notes

The heart combines magnolia, moss and clary sage. The creamy flower of the magnolia blends with the greenness of the moss and the aromatic note of the sage, which steers Baram toward the aromatic family.

Base notes

The base brings together red musk, bamboo and vetiver. The bamboo preserves the green freshness of the accord, the vetiver gives it an earthy foundation and the red musk a skin-like softness that closes the composition.
