Paloma Picasso launched her first fragrance in 1984, a chypre composed by Francis Bocris for L’Oréal and now sold as Mon Parfum. The house describes it as a powerful floral: angelica, carnation, rose and bergamot on top, jasmine, hyacinth and patchouli in the heart, and a base of sandalwood, musk, oakmoss and amber.

Aaron Potterman of ÇaFleurBon describes the current bottle as a black plastic egg enclosing a clear glass bottle, housed in a red and black box highlighted with gold, in the colors of Paloma Picasso herself, black hair and red lips.
According to Elena Vosnaki of Perfume Shrine, this elaborate bottle echoes the jewelry the designer created for Tiffany and takes the shape of a pair of earrings. The first eaux de parfum came in black glass; recent versions are in plastic.
The extrait was sold in a white bottle, to be dabbed, and Aaron Potterman owns a white frosted glass version, which he considers the oldest. The house now describes a bottle with a clean, curved design.
