Teriaq Intense

The perfumer Quentin Bisch signs the formula of Teriaq Intense for the house Lattafa, which markets it in Eau de Parfum. Two sizes are referenced for the composition: a 2 ml format and a 100 ml bottle.

Top

Saffron opens the accord with spicy, leathery and tarry facets, typical of this dried crocus stigma. Bergamot, an aromatic citrus, brings fruit, a sweet touch and freshness. Oud, a resinous wood derived from the agar tree, adds woody tones, hints of incense and an animalic dimension.

Heart

Cinnamon, a dried bark, delivers its woody and spicy character. Plum turns velvety, sweet, gourmand, and the liqueur note extends this fruity impression of sugar lifted with spices. Oud and saffron reappear at this tier, surrounded by a warm vanilla with spicy accents and a musk that is both woody and animalic.

Base

Benzoin, a balsamic resin, evokes vanilla, caramel and toasted almond. Tonka bean, a seed rich in coumarin, brings toasted, almond and caramelized notes. Vanilla, sweet and warm, and musk, with woody and animalic tones, round out the base of the accord.

Spices and oriental

Saffron and cinnamon connect Teriaq Intense to the spicy family, which gathers materials drawn from stigmas, barks or seeds with warm tonalities. The oriental facet comes through benzoin, vanilla, tonka bean and oud: resins, precious woods and amber notes that characterize this register.
