Joop! Homme

Joop! Homme, an Eau de Toilette for men launched in 1989 by the German house JOOP!, is the work of Michel Almairac. Bergamot and lemon open onto a heart of cinnamon, orange blossom and jasmine, set on sandalwood, vetiver and patchouli, with touches of amber, tobacco, musk and honey. Its vivid pink juice, which the house presents as a first for a men’s fragrance, is its signature.

A squat rectangular bottle in thick glass with rounded edges, filled with vivid pink juice, under a dark burgundy cap with a domed top.

Joop! Homme comes in an upright rectangular bottle, squat, with thick rounded edges and high, almost horizontal shoulders. The clear glass reveals vivid pink juice and rests on a thick base, tinted pink by the liquid.

The words JOOP! and HOMME appear in white serif letters on the upper part of the front. A short, clear, shiny collar carries a cylindrical dark burgundy cap, glossy, with a domed top, which the house calls aubergine.

The box features a gradient from almost-black burgundy to fuchsia pink, with the inscriptions JOOP!, HOMME and EAU DE TOILETTE in light blue. The house presents this bottle as its classic bottle, available in 30, 75, 125 and 200 ml.
