Imagination was released on June 3, 2021, as Louis Vuitton’s seventh men’s fragrance, composed by Jacques Cavallier Belletrud. The eau de parfum pairs a heavy dose of Ambrox with a Chinese black tea extracted with CO2, brightened by Calabrian bergamot, orange and Sicilian citron, lifted with Tunisian neroli, ginger and cinnamon, over a base of guaiac and olibanum.

Imagination comes in the signature bottle of Les Parfums Louis Vuitton, designed by Marc Newson: pared-back glass topped with a black cap stamped with the house logo, showing a blue-green liquid. It comes in 100 and 200 milliliters, which can be engraved with initials or numbers at no extra charge.
Boutiques with a perfume fountain refill it. A travel spray accompanies it, with four 7.5-milliliter cartridges with magnetic closures that clip onto the atomizer in one motion.
The house also dresses Imagination in collector’s editions: a duck-shaped charm on a gold chain with LV Initials, by the Chinese artist Sun Yitian; Takashi Murakami’s Superflat Panda; and an archival monogram for the 130th anniversary of the Monogram canvas.
