Orange, apple and apricot open Love in White on a fruity, tangy register, while the base brings together vanilla, ambergris, sandalwood, cedar and musk in a warm, woody material. An Eau de Parfum launched by Creed in 2005, the composition houses between these two poles a floral heart of jasmine, iris, magnolia and rose, softened by a powdery rice note.

Fruity opening

Orange brings a sweet freshness heightened by acidity. Apple adds a fruity, gourmand facet, with a sweet taste. Apricot completes the tier with a velvety fruit flesh, touched with a hint of almond.

Powdery bouquet

Jasmine gives off a sweet warmth, with a wild character. Iris turns powdery and buttery, with a hint of violet. Magnolia plays on greenness and freshness, brushed with vanilla. Rose dresses itself in honey and warm wax, while rice evokes rice powder.

Woody and amber base

Vanilla brings together sugar, spice and warmth. Ambergris combines wood, camphor and an animalic touch. Sandalwood appears creamy and warm, cedar recalls pencil shavings and resin. Musk closes the tier with a woody, animalic and tepid note.

Floral family

Belonging to the florals, Love in White owes this classification to the jasmine, iris, magnolia and rose of its heart. This family builds a composition around petals, here at times powdery, at times honeyed or green, which the rice note pulls toward a powdery effect.

What the label declares

The list declares limonene and citral, citrus molecules close to orange; geraniol and citronellol, constituents of rose essence; alpha-isomethyl ionone, with an iris and violet facet; hydroxycitronellal, linalool and farnesol, with floral tones; coumarin, the scent of hay; methyl 2-octynoate, a green note of violet leaf.
