Parfum de Peau Eau de Parfum

Parfum de Peau is a perfume by Aime, the French skincare and dietary supplement brand co-founded by Mathilde Lacombe. Created by Maïa Lernout, it combines almond, freesia, mock orange and white musks with a base of sandalwood, cedar, vetiver and ambroxan. Launched in 2020 as an oil, it also exists as a spray eau de parfum with an identical scent.

Actuel Beauté praises a discreet, intimate skin scent with remarkable longevity, which won over its founder after a lukewarm first impression; its only criticism concerns the price.

A second skin that gets noticed

At Actuel Beauté, its founder Chloé recounts a perfume first deemed merely pleasant, which she adopted after someone close to her noticed it on her. Over several months of wear, she finds it has exceptional longevity, with two or three morning sprays still perceptible on clothing in the evening.

She describes a moderate sillage, noticeable to those around her only up close, and repeated compliments. Her only reservation concerns the price, which she nonetheless considers justified. She recommends layering the oil and the spray to gain in longevity and depth.
