Peach

Peach, the fruit of the peach tree, is an edible fruit. An archaeological site found peach pits, identical to those eaten today, in southern China. Perhaps the first fruits came from that region? Peach was introduced to France in the 6th century. It is known to have been the favorite fruit of Louis XIV, who grew 33 different varieties in his gardens. Today, peach is essentially a summer fruit. Low in calories, it contains vitamin C and pro-vitamin A. It is the favorite fruit of the French. Its skin is velvety. Its color can be pink, yellow, orange, brown, or all of these at once. Its very fruity, sweet taste and fleshy pulp are well loved.

Peach, an irresistibly attractive flavor

If peach attracts noses, it is because it conveys its texture perfectly well.
