Suzy Le Helley

A fine fragrance perfumer at Symrise, Suzy Le Helley trained at ISIPCA and at the Symrise perfumery school in Holzminden. With Annick Menardo, she co-created the Boss Bottled line (Parfum, Elixir, Triumph Elixir) and contributed to Million Gold for Her for Rabanne. She has also worked on introducing natural materials from Madagascar.

Training and Early Career

As a child, her favorite game was guessing what was on her plate, first by sight, taste and smell; the spark for the profession came in high school. Suzy Le Helley entered ISIPCA in 2012, where she worked in a work-study program as an evaluator, and trained at the Symrise perfumery school in Holzminden, Germany.

In 2018 she joined Symrise in Paris, in fine fragrance. There she works on regulatory reformulation and on introducing natural materials from Madagascar into perfumers' palettes, including a vetiver essence, a hand-expressed mandarin and a fresh green pepper.

With Annick Menardo: the Boss Bottled Line

In 2022 she co-created Boss Bottled Parfum with Annick Menardo, built around incense, mandarin, iris, fig root, cedar and leather. Hugo Boss presents Boss Bottled Elixir (2023) as the most concentrated in the range, ambery and woody, composed by Annick Menardo, creator of the Boss Bottled signature, with Suzy Le Helley.

The same duo created Boss Bottled Triumph Elixir in 2024, built around vetiver, patchouli and violet leaf, in a bottle redesigned in bright blue and black.

Rabanne and Recent Creations

Million Gold for Her, in 2024, brought her together with the Rabanne team, with Aliénor Massenet and Loc Dong, as did the 2025 Parfum version. She also created Plastic Love for ānti and Corn Porn for Borntostandout® in 2026, two niche houses that broaden her range beyond the big men's fragrances.
