Silk Twilight is a unisex extrait de parfum by Atarasia, a Malaysian artisanal house, released in 2026 in a 20 ml bottle. It opens on cherry blossom, tea, bamboo leaf and torch ginger. Its heart combines incense, saffron and accords of paper and ink; its base brings together Tawau oud, civet and other animalic materials.
The top of Silk Twilight combines cherry blossom, tea and bamboo leaf with torch ginger from Malaysia. This floral and green opening contrasts with the rest of the composition, which is noticeably darker and leans toward animalic materials.
The heart brings together incense, saffron and spices around two accords, one of paper, the other of ink. Muskrat paste introduces the animalic facet that takes over the whole composition in the base notes.
The base combines oud from Tawau, in the Malaysian state of Sabah, with a musk root absolute, a skunk tincture and civet paste. These materials give Silk Twilight its musky, animalic character, anchored to the oud wood.
