Al Kindi is a unisex fragrance by Atarasia, a Malaysian artisanal house, released in 2026 under the name “Atarasia x Elixir Attar”. Its top notes combine blackcurrant, passion fruit and grape with saffron and aldehydes; its heart brings together labdanum, benzoin, oud and rose, over a base of sandalwood, incense, oakmoss and civet.

Atarasia, a Malaysian house founded by Adib Halim, claims an artisanal approach to perfumery in small batches, composed from rare raw materials. It states that it never reproduces a fragrance once its run is sold out, each creation existing only in limited quantity.
Al Kindi also bears the name Elixir Attar, attached to that of the house in the title “Atarasia x Elixir Attar”, without the role of each party being detailed. The fragrance is sold by Fortune Soul, a niche retailer; its concentration, size and perfumer remain unknown.
