Ijtimāʿ
Ijtimāʿ is a unisex fragrance by Hunayn, released in 2026 in the The Finite collection and sold for 450 dollars. Concentrated at 25% and composed by the house, it sets three lotuses and five tobaccos, water and smoke, against each other, around which stand kinam, oud wood, ambergris, civet, Damask rose and saffron. The size remains unknown.

Where to buy
Ijtimāʿ was released in 2026 by Hunayn, which sells it for 450 dollars in its The Finite collection. The house presents it as a unisex fragrance, credits itself with the composition without naming a perfumer, and gives it as concentrated at 25%.
Hunayn recounts that Ijtimāʿ was born of a question rather than a material: the difference between a collection, where things are brought together, and a composition, where they transform one another through proximity. The fragrance seeks that second state.
The house builds the accord on two opposing forces rather than on a single center. Lotus rises, tobacco anchors: water and smoke, cold and warm, materials drawn from climates and traditions that nothing usually unites.
The name holds to this idea. In Arabic, ijtimāʿ designates a gathering in which each part keeps its own nature while joining a larger whole. Hunayn links to it the mizaan, the balance, the principle by which contrast finds its equilibrium.
What is still missing
Hunayn does not publish the size of the bottle sold for 450 dollars. Its notes form a list without tiers: the place of each raw material among top, heart and base is not known.
