Galatea is a unisex extrait de parfum by Pantheon Roma, signed by Jordi Fernández and placed in the Opere collection, sold in 50 and 100 ml since mid-October 2026. Inspired by Raphael's Triumph of Galatea, it combines green mandarin, apricot and pink pepper, orange blossom, magnolia and sambac jasmine, vanilla, amber and musk.

Top notes

The house describes an opening on green mandarin, apricot and pink pepper. It speaks of the freshness of citrus and the spicy energy of pink pepper, which it pairs to form a bright and lively entrance.

Heart notes

The heart notes bring together orange blossom, magnolia, apricot blossom and sambac jasmine. Pantheon Roma attributes to apricot blossom a velvety nuance, tasked with bringing sweetness and elegance to the floral bouquet it accompanies.

Base notes

The base combines amber, vanilla and musk; the house specifies a Madagascar vanilla. It describes a warm and sensual sillage, where sweetness and depth come together in a harmony it describes as natural.
