Ombre Tonka

Ombre Tonka is a unisex eau de parfum introduced by Mancera in 2025. Its genesis is marked by the involvement of Amélie Montale, artistic director of the house, who suggested incorporating the pistachio note into the composition. This contribution steers the fragrance toward an opening that is both fresh and gourmand, in dialogue with the deeper materials that structure the perfume as a whole. Pierre Montale signs the formulation of this fragrance.

The composition opens on an accord of pistachio, bergamot and oud, a resinous wood that lends density and warmth from the first impressions. The heart brings together tonka bean, amber woods and rose, forming a core that is both soft and sensual. The base rests on vanilla, patchouli and benzoin, three materials that anchor the fragrance in a creamy, balsamic drydown, extending the tonka–vanilla accord that runs through the entire structure.
