Grey Vetiver Parfum by Tom Ford is not diametrically opposed to the very first version of this collection. As its name indicates, it still contains vetiver. Indeed, for Tom Ford, this raw material is the very embodiment of elegance. It could hardly have been otherwise. Note, however, that vetiver is worked differently than in the past. It now emphasizes its woody facet more and its grassy or earthy side less. Orange blossom, already present in 2009, is still part of the formula. It gives this masculine essence a more sun-kissed side and a greater lightness. In reality, the new intensity of Grey Vetiver Parfum by Tom Ford comes instead from a spice, and not just any spice… As if to affirm the refinement of this essence, the designer incorporated saffron, also considered the most expensive spice in the world. Undeniably, Grey Vetiver Parfum belongs to the realm of fine perfumery.
The silver-gray color that enhances Tom Ford's bottle
Grey Vetiver Parfum by Tom Ford comes in the same bottle as before. However, it now takes on an entirely new hue. It is now fully lacquered in silver-gray.
