Top notes
At the top, cardamom combines with mandarin and bergamot. The opening brings together one spice and two citrus notes, which give the start of the accord a character that is both fresh and spicy, ahead of the warmer materials of the base.
Heart notes
The announced heart notes bring together cinnamon, cypriol and davana. Cinnamon extends the spicy facet opened by the cardamom, while cypriol and davana, less common, give the accord a more distinctive color at the middle of the composition.
Base notes
The base combines tonka bean, vanilla, leather and patchouli. Tonka bean and vanilla bring the sweetness expected of the oriental family, which leather and patchouli darken with a drier, earthier tone.
