Annick Goutal launched Vanille des Roches in 2026, alongside Voile de Santal. The house, now with Interparfums, has restored its founder’s first name to its own; it presents the new release as an eau de parfum for women, between shadow and light.

The house’s story starts on a summer afternoon: the scent of real, woody vanilla mingles with that of a stone wall warmed by the sun and brings a feeling of home. Vanille des Roches aims to combine the softness of vanilla with the mineral warmth of rock.

The composition is the work of Coralie Spicher. Since 1981, Annick Goutal has described itself as an author’s perfume house where each creation is born of an emotion or a memory; Voile de Santal, launched at the same time, is signed by Romain Almairac.

What the house says about it

The house places Vanille des Roches among woody amber gourmands. It describes a trio of vanillas at once creamy, ambery and delicately woody, blended with a mineral warmth, where almond, plum and spices leave a gourmand memory.

Jasmine and benzoin diffuse a soft sensuality, which the house likens to a warm, enveloping caress. It specifies that the eau de parfum is made in France and sold in 50 and 100 ml bottles.
