Édouard Fléchier's career path

Édouard Fléchier was born in Grasse, in 1949. Having grown up surrounded by immense fields of roses and jasmine, he has always been fascinated by the world of scents. What is more, in this region, the perfume industry supports numerous families. Thus, the path of perfumery opened up to him quite naturally. He then joined the Roure Bertrand Dupont school, today part of Givaudan, after having studied science. Indeed, to enter the most prestigious perfumery schools, mastering chemistry is an essential prerequisite. Once he had his diploma in hand, Édouard Fléchier became a perfumer, still at Givaudan. He was then quickly regarded as one of the stars of his company. Yet this was no foregone conclusion, considering that Givaudan is one of the greatest world leaders in its field. In other words, contenders are numerous there. Regardless, nothing seemed too ambitious for Edouard Fléchier! Thus, he now has to his credit a countless number of creations that have become legendary.
