Ijtimāʿ is a unisex fragrance by Hunayn, released in 2026 in the The Finite collection and sold for 450 dollars. Concentrated at 25% and composed by the house, it sets three lotuses and five tobaccos, water and smoke, against each other, around which stand kinam, oud wood, ambergris, civet, Damask rose and saffron. The size remains unknown.
The accord of Ijtimāʿ is not divided into tiers. Its axis brings together three lotuses, blue, white and pink, and five aged tobaccos, drawn from different soils and decades. The house sets the water of the lotus against the smoke of the tobacco, cold against warm.
Around this axis, Hunayn arranges what it calls an architecture of balance: cultivated kinam, black and green, two wild oud woods, from Sumatra and the sinensis species, ambergris and civet in absolute. Each raw material plays the role of a pillar.
Damask rose, Chinese jasmine, saffron, cinnamon, bergamot and grapefruit complete the house's list, along with a silk note. They carry Ijtimāʿ's classification in the citrus family, with spicy and floral facets.
