For Him, the very essence of mystery. American designer of Cuban origin, Narciso Rodriguez founded the house bearing his name in 1977. By creating the wedding dress of Carolyn Bessette Kennedy, Narciso Rodriguez became known throughout the world.
Narciso Rodriguez signs a success in masculine perfumery with For Him. After the dazzling success of For Her, released in 2003, Narciso Rodriguez presents its masculine counterpart, For Him. Like the feminine version, For Him embodies masculine elegance combined with infinite sensuality. Surprising and seducing was the Cuban-American designer's intention. The For Him man is a charismatic man, who naturally attracts. He is seductive, but also virile and above all very elegant. Ultra modern, the For Him man is nevertheless humble and discreet. The composition, signed Francis Kurkdjian, is built around three notes: floral, woody and amber.

For Him, white musks at the heart of the fragrance
For Him was built around white musks with a very soft floral tonality. For Him takes flight on aromatic notes paired with violet flower, which lends infinite elegance to the whole composition. The heart of For Him is then filled with white musks. The term white musks actually refers to the scent tasked with synthetically replacing that of Tonkin musk. The first molecule discovered and used was muscone, a molecule naturally present in the animal. The scent of musks is described as musky. Today, the scent of white musks is entirely reproduced in the laboratory in an organic way, and their formulas are numerous. Among the best known are fixolide, habanolide, galaxolide and ambrettolide. In perfumery, white musks are highly prized, releasing musky and sensual tonalities. Finally, the base of For Him is amber, thanks to the presence of ambergris and patchouli. As understated as it is elegant, the bottle of For Him is tinted black on the inside, a technique signed by Narciso Rodriguez.
For Him was inspired for Narciso Rodriguez following the triumph of For Her, the designer's first fragrance, created as a tribute to his friend Carolyn Kennedy. As elegant as the feminine version, For Him is the expression of a delicate sensuality, primarily highlighted by the presence of white musks.
