Olfastory is published on a non-professional basis by an individual. In accordance with article 6, III, 2 of law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the publisher has chosen not to make public the information mentioned in paragraph 1 of the same III. Their identity is held by the site's host, which keeps it available to judicial authorities.
