A total reinterpretation of Coco
First and foremost, let us note that the Eau de Toilette Coco Mademoiselle has absolutely nothing in common with the very first edition of Coco. Indeed, the first juice created by Jacques Polge, in 1984, was very oriental and spicy. It gave off a voluptuous and seductive perfume, as if to materialize all of Gabrielle Chanel's love for the baroque, opulence, and the Orient. While Coco relied on fervor and power, the Eau de Toilette Coco Mademoiselle takes an entirely different path and ventures further into a light and refreshing register. In our opinion, this choice is bold, but takes absolutely nothing away from its charm. This new olfactory interpretation offers an intense and sparkling freshness, in the image of a free and enthusiastic woman who loves to seize life fully. It is therefore simply a matter of discovering another facet of Gabrielle Chanel's complex personality.
A refreshing perfume, yet not devoid of character
As one will have understood, lightness and clarity are more than ever the order of the day in the Eau de Toilette Coco Mademoiselle. Note in passing that this juice is also the work of perfumer Jacques Polge, as if he had chosen to rework his composition several decades after its original creation. Here, he first unfurled the freshness of a Sicilian orange paired with grapefruit and Calabrian bergamot. Then, its fruity breath continues with an exotic burst of lychee, combined with rose and Italian jasmine. In its base, the Eau de Toilette Coco Mademoiselle gains in persistence and roundedness through the addition of Haitian vetiver, Indonesian patchouli, Bourbon vanilla, and white musks.

Finally, in terms of bottle, the Eau de Toilette Coco Mademoiselle is not lacking in assets either. Its presentation is modern and luxurious, still fully in keeping with current trends. Its abstract bottle takes the form of a pure rectangle. Its pearly white cap pairs wonderfully with the limpid transparency of the glass. Chanel's bottle is also refillable. As such, it is more environmentally friendly. Well designed while being devoid of any unnecessary ornamentation, it is the image of a free woman who knows exactly where her destiny lies.
