Vibrato

Vibrato is a unisex eau de parfum from Sospiro’s Classica collection, a house that names its perfumes after the vocabulary of music and opera. The house calls it citrus and powdery: grapefruit, bergamot, mandarin, ginger and rosemary, magnolia and Damask rose over blond woods, and a base of vetiver, patchouli, sandalwood, musk, amber and tonka.

On Parfumo, Animilovic finds the opening classic in 2026, fruity and citrusy with mandarin in front, and sees Vibrato’s success in its heart, where the flowers wrap gently around the woods; he admires the velvet bottle but finds the launch price hard to justify.

What critics say

Animilovic, Parfumo, July 2026

On July 25, 2026, Animilovic recounts having come across Vibrato hundreds of times in the community feed before wearing it. The opening strikes him as hugely fresh, fruity and citrusy, with mandarin in the lead, to the point of reminding him of an orange drink from his childhood.

This start seems classic to him, without any striking innovation. For him, the magic happens in the heart, where the flowers wrap around the woods with a softness he regards as a model of unisex niche perfumery; he is surprised that men make up the vast majority of its wearers on Parfumo.

The velvet bottle with golden touches embodies niche perfumery for him, a discreet luxury he contrasts with the clear glass bottles with white labels used by many houses. He does, however, find the launch price hard to justify.
