Qasida Dunes is a unisex eau de parfum by FAAN, released in 2026 in the Qasida collection and classified by the house among spicy fragrances. Olibanum, black pepper and white pepper form the top, patchouli, cypriol and leather the heart, and sandalwood, sugar and labdanum the base. The 200 ml bottle sells for 200 dirhams in the house’s store.

Top notes

At the top, olibanum, which the house lists in the form of an oil, sits alongside black pepper and white pepper, the latter a CO2 extract. Smoky, lemony resin, dry and pungent peppers: the opening is spicy and resinous from the outset.

Heart notes

The heart brings together patchouli, in the form of an oil the house designates as “MD Tasuki”, cypriol, a root with woody and smoky accents, and leather. These dark, earthy materials make up a center that is more woody than floral.

Base notes

The base combines sandalwood, sugar and labdanum, listed as an absolute. The creamy wood of sandalwood and the ambery resin of labdanum meet a note of sugar there, which rounds out a base that remains dark and warm.
