Extended by a hair perfume, Impadia joins the BDK Parfums range in 2025, as an Eau de Parfum composed by Jordi Fernandez. Pear, bergamot and mandarin open onto two roses and orange blossom, before a base of vanilla, praline, sandalwood and Akigalawood®. The house cites Parisian gardens as its inspiration.

Top

Pear opens the composition on a fruity, sweet and soft note. Bergamot, a citrus usually valued for its freshness, takes on a fruity and lightly sweet turn here. Mandarin brings a bright sparkle, of the sun-kissed character often attributed to the zest of this small citrus fruit.

Heart

Two roses make up the heart tier. Bulgarian rose, grown in a region renowned for the richness of its essence, comes across as intense, honeyed and fruity. Rose, warm, plays on honey and wax. Orange blossom, drawn from the bitter orange tree, adds waxy, sweet and powdery accents.

Base

Vanilla gives the base a sweet warmth heightened with spices. Akigalawood®, a synthetic material related to patchouli, combines wood and pepper in a patchouli-like facet. Sandalwood remains woody, velvety and warm, while praline evokes toasted sugar, almond and hazelnut.

Floral

The floral family, chosen for Impadia, relies on the two roses and the orange blossom, which concentrate the honeyed, waxy and powdery facets typical of the great flowers of perfumery. The fruits of the top and the gourmand notes of the base, praline and vanilla, frame this bouquet.
