The house announces an accord of apple, red wine, pomegranate and saffron, built around the story of two former lovers. The perfumer, the olfactory family and the target are not known.
Top notes
At the top, the house announces apple, cinnamon, raspberry and a citrus zest. The opening pairs two fruits and citrus with a warm spice, echoing the name Saffron Sangria, which evokes sangria, a wine and fruit beverage.
Heart notes
At the center of the composition, the house places red wine, pomegranate, wine lees and davana. Wine appears there in two forms, the drink and its sediment, the lees, alongside a red fruit and an aromatic plant.
Base notes
The announced base brings together saffron, ambroxan, vetiver, benzoin, Virginia cedarwood and papyrus. Saffron, which gives the fragrance its name, sits alongside woods, a balsamic resin and a synthetic amber molecule.
