Aromatics Elixir is one of the best-selling products from the Clinique house. Yet it did not fail to surprise upon its release. Indeed, Clinique is a house specialized in fragrance-free skincare. Consumers were all the more surprised to see it create a fragrance. Nevertheless, it met with immense success and was, as such, reinterpreted on several occasions. Among the perfumers who had the chance to work on these revisits, Nicolas Beaulieu is the one who created the Aromatics in White version.
Nicolas Beaulieu's career path
Nicolas Beaulieu is a rather discreet perfumer who does not tend to reveal much about himself. He studied the art of perfumery at the ISIPCA in Versailles, the Institut Supérieur International du Parfum, de la Cosmétique et de l'Aromatique Alimentaire. There, he obtained a postgraduate degree in marketing for the perfumery and cosmetics industries. He then began his career at IFF in 2006, a company where he still works today. International Flavors and Fragrances is an internationally renowned company that manufactures flavors and fragrances for the food and perfumery industries. It is now considered one of the giants of its sector, which allowed Nicolas Beaulieu to become known to the greatest names in the field.
The clarity of Nicolas Beaulieu's fragrances
Nicolas Beaulieu enjoys creating feminine fragrances that are always very elegant and romantic. As such, he crafted a concentrate of the Dolce Vita with Vespa for Her for the eponymous house. Likewise, he recreated a floral radiance in Lanvin's Eclat de Fleurs and translated the world of classical dance into Repetto's Eau Florale. On the men's side, we also owe him Private Klub for Karl Lagerfeld.
