Island comes in an upright rectangular bottle, taller than it is wide, with beveled corners at top and bottom, on a thick, flat base. The glass shades from black at the top to a more transparent turquoise toward the bottom, and bears a raised diamond pattern.
A square gold plaque, at the center of the front, carries the names ISLAND and KHADLAJ in black. A ribbed gold collar supports a shiny gold cap, flaring upward like a crown and pierced with diamonds.
