Game of Spades Green Sapphire is a 2026 release from Jo Milano, an extrait de parfum presented as unisex. It adds a green sapphire to the yellow and black sapphires already in the Game of Spades line, and takes up its color in its bottle. Neither its notes, nor its olfactory family, nor the name of its perfumer have been published yet.

Game of Spades Green Sapphire comes in a cylindrical bottle with faceted sides and beveled shoulders, in translucent green glass that lightens toward the base. A gold band encircles the bottom of its thick transparent base.
