Black Gala is one of the two Gala fragrances that House of Bō is announcing for fall 2026, alongside White Gala. The house presents the pair as two expressions of vanilla born from the same DNA, Black Gala being the amber gourmand. Neither the notes nor the perfumer have been published to date, and the presale opens on October 22, 2026.
The house does not yet detail the composition of Black Gala. It ranks it among amber gourmands and builds it, like White Gala, around vanilla, of which each of the two fragrances gives a distinct expression.
The amber register usually refers to warm, resinous materials, the gourmand register to sweet or confectionery notes. Since no material other than vanilla has been published, no note appears by tier yet.
What remains outside
Nothing allows the notes of House of Bō’s other fragrances, or those of White Gala, to be carried over to Black Gala: the house links the two fragrances only through their vanilla DNA.
