How does Nature Print work?

Nature Print is a highly scientific method that captures a scent and evaluates it by means of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. Gas chromatography is a technique that consists of separating the molecules of a material. It was developed in 1952 and is used today in various fields, including perfumery as well as the petroleum industry. Mass spectrometry, for its part, is a physical technique that allows molecules to be analyzed by measuring their mass in order to characterize their chemical structure. Far be it from us to give a course in physics and chemistry... Broadly speaking, put simply, Nature Print makes it possible to analyze the molecules of a scent in order to reconstruct it in all its finesse and complexity. Thus, it is a particularly precise method that allows perfumers to position themselves as close as possible to nature.
